Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Beauty Spot Shop. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it. Please contact us to initiate the return process.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it. Please let us know which item you would like to exchange it for and we will arrange the exchange for you.
